Inclusive governance has a wide meaning. Even panchayat raj system is inclusive governance. If India has to strengthen the international relationship with Middle East, then it cannot do it indivdually. It necessarily has to take US alongwith it and has to convince that these relationships are to benefit US in a long run etc.. Though India and Syria have a very old connection, it has to take US along in the present scenario.. Split it politically, socially, administratively, economically.

Inclusive growth means economic growth that creates employment opportunities and helps in poverty alleviation. This gives way to provide essential services including health and education to the poor. It includes providing equality of opportunity, empowering people through education and skill development.

What govt has done to include the hitherto socially excluded people. Like women, children, handicapped, transgenders, etc etc..

The governance initiatives that are aimed at growth process that is environment friendly growth, aims for good governance and gender sensitive society. Special efforts to increase employment opportunities are essential as it is a necessary condition for bringing about an improvement in the standard of living of the people.
