Can social justice and growth be implemented by state together? If both can be done together, is the amendment to land acquisition against the social justice?

The land acquisition is itself for social development n for further economic progress of the country. So strictly speaking it can't be said as against the social justice. As long as the laws framed by the legislation survives the judicial scrutiny it can't be termed as anti people even though the people may object to it.

No. All I meant was social justice is a dynamic concept which keep changing according to the different times in the given economic milieu
