Ghar Vapsi Correndrum and seculra fabric of India

Current Red The 'Ghar Vapasi' correndrum & the secular fabric of India.
Our country gives the right to religion it also gives the right to profess a religion. In my understanding the concept of 'forced' conversion should be more concerned with the 'erosion' on faith rather than a particular religion. Can we stop 'forced' voting? 'forced' selling?
'ghar vapsi' is not about religion as much as it is about politics and my opinion is not to go on making laws for the sake of politics, there will be no end let people convert, reconvert, reconvert and so on  my opinion.
Can government monitor “forced conversions" programs ?
It will, atleast for the sake of maintaining law and order but nothing more. If someone is aggrieved that he has been forced to convert he has the right to approach police/court
Institutionalized mechanism to monitor conversions??
Are we wanting an institutionalized mechanism to see who becomes doctor, engineer etc, they all register themselves so religion is also registered in some form with the government. we have census too. Anyone who seriously is changing his religion, will do so in the gazette too.
Red - "Conversion issues". How to go about it? All I could answer was to mention that Forcible conversion is illegal whereas propagation isn’t.
Forcible conversion is not illegal so far the whole debate being contemplated now is - should there be a law on it now?
We should touch upon the basic need of it; whether it is individual need based trigger or an inducted trigger from other sources / neighbourhood. Then
·         the reason for such mass conversions
·         Fundamental right to religion.
The essence of allowing 'conversions' is one of the basis of the unity in diversity concept whether you are of religion A or religion B you are the citizen of India and religion in its true meaning is really a personal issue. That’s why mass conversions generally do not have 'religious' basis (dont use this phrase in exam). People might want to enjoy some benefits like polygamy reservation access to education, health, employment etc.
Legal solutions for forced conversions have been attempted we can list them and give a good conclusion. My opinion will be to leave it to the courts
Why dalit christians and dalit muslims not given reservation benefits. So they are getting reconverted
Yes it is right
