Bhakra Dam Issue & Indus Water Treaty

Bhakra Dam issue which we have right now, initially Pak agreed later on it filed a case in International Court . Given this situation, how will treaties between countries hold good?

You are right. We have the provisions under the Indus water treaty to handle these issues of water sharing. And arbitration is part of it. So it is treaty in action
