Green The Spectrum auction
has resulted in huge bidding. There is an argument that this will lead to
increase in price/tariff. What reasons makes this argument weak? Is it
economics of scale alone? Or there is more?
the previous one is alleged to be a non-competetive bidding
with irregularities causing loss of lakhs of crores to the govt exchequer.
But the present one is claimed
to a competitive and fair bidding with a whooping gains for government again in
the range of lakhs of crores. the present auction resulted in the comparitively increased expenses for
the service providers in buying the spectru so ultimately all those costs will
be bared by the customers only. but as far as the present analysis goes, it
says that the hike is not substntial but only nominal . If this holds true,
then we can say its a win-win situation for both the govt and the customers.
how promoters misdirect
customers and other lacunae in the system- there is no organized resource but
newspapers?
this misleading starts from thje day one . for example, you can
compare the picture in their pamplets is nowhere nearer to the actual project.
and the list goes on and on. Like constructing with sub-standard materials, no
ISI standards, cheating in terms of the actual amount of area of the plan
itsef, document forgeries, "tie-ups" with the banks to delay the
project to earn more interst from the customers for their loans
